Cellcard calling rates are divided up and priced according to what time of the day you make your call. The rates differ with each denomination, and, whether you use iLoad or scratch card.

- Revised rates and terms are effective from June 08 th, 2010 at 00:00hr
- Helpline 812 only 3¢/transaction or 912 free IVR call
- Balance enquiry: 822 is 3¢/transaction or #124# is free
- Voice Mail pick up: 3¢/transaction
- Auto refill: press *123*Validation_Code# and press Send/OK
- Validity period: Period of time that the credit is available for use
- Grace period: Period of time that the calls can be received with zero credit balance
- International Roaming: $2.50/min (Incoming & outgoing)
- iLoad is available only for Cellcard users and Cellcard-Hub (not applicable for Cellcard Executive and 3G users)
- All rates are inclusive of VAT
- The number of free TMS depends on your top-up amount. The more you load, the more free TMS you get. Maximum amount of accumulated free TMS is 150.
- Any balance will not be carried forward to the next month. But you can claim back all your expired credit easily, just top-up within 5 days after the end of your validity period.
- Charges still apply for TMS sent to Short Codes and IDD numbers.
